"Mind, Body Pilates is one of the best gifts I have given myself. Although I have always worked out, I had never done Pilates, nor did I really know what it entailed. From the little I did know, it sounded like it would be a good partner to my other forms of exercise. From the very first class, Aixa patiently walked me through the exercises, explained why I was doing them and taught me how to breathe correctly. I now stand taller, am more conscious of my body's alignment and feel better overall. It's been over 10 years since that first class and I'm still showing up every week challenging my body to do more."
